Advisory Fee
Portfolios invested in mututal funds are charged 1.00% per year. Portfolios invested in stocks, ETFs, and mututal funds are charged 1.25% per year. This fee does not include transaction expenses charged by your brokerage firm. Schwab Instituational charges from $8.95 to $19.95 per equity trade. There is no commussion to buy or sell our recommended non0-transacrtion fee mutual funds.
Accounts are charged on a quarterly basis 1.00%/4=0.250% based on the value of the portflio. All standard-fee accounts are billed one quarter in advance. As such, if you terminate your account before a quarter ends, Key will prorate a refund for a portion of the quarter that was not used.
Fee discount starts when combined ousehold accounts total $250,000 or more.
All fees are paid to Key Investment for investment advisory services are separate and distinct from the fees and expenses charged by mutual funds to their shareholders. These fees and expenses are described in each fund's prospectus. These fees will generally include a management fee, other fund expenses, and a possible distribution fee.
Consulting Fee
Key provides hourly consulting services in lieu of asset management fee.
